description: The scenic views are all primarily located at the tops small ... uh ... bluffs? Whatever the hill with a plateau thingie in the desert land form would be called. You take the exit, wind around a few times on some really freshly made pavement and then find yourself in a small parking lot. Leaving a scenic view is much the same experience except in reverse.
